At The Dunnkirk

1 Year.

It's been 1 year since I started this.

I have some changes planned, but I haven't had time to execute them just yet.

Hint: Expect more. Expect less. Expect less, but more of it.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me, inspired me, criticized me, and simply given this a little bit of their time.

Back to the Cascades

Cars filled every parking space, designated or makeshift, in the Cascades Day Use Area parking lot.

Rushed as usual, M and I took the upper trail straight to the falls.

Do not pass "Go."

Do not collect $200.

Group after group passed us, both discouraged and encouraged by the clouds, as we hurried towards the falls.

With water levels high and puddles deep, waterproof footwear was in order.

There's never enough time, but time here at all is always a gift.

Assateague

GSF drove down. We picked BWmF up.

Passing small crowds snapping away at the ponies, we headed straight for the beach.

Which way?

We spent most of the afternoon hanging out, our quiver of Nikons sitting next to us on a blanket. I may have had my Dad's Sony, set to take pictures in 16:9 for whatever reason, too.
